I  am living Barcelona now.  I have been here 9 years now.    Before  I lived in Japan and Australia.  Barcelona’s busy.  There’s always something going on.  Museums, exhibitions, festivals, concerts, theatre you name it, it’s happening.  There are a lot of Catalan festivals too which are always fun.

There are some great things to do here and special events which happen throughout the year..some of my favourites are music events..

In the autumn there’s the In Edit Festival a week of music documentaries.  In the summer there are a whole bunch of outdoor stuff to enjoy.  I love Sonar electronic music festival and The Grec Festival for  a more ecletic mix of music, dance and theatre.  In the summer it can be swealteringly hot so the open air cinema at the castle on top of mon juic can be a fantastic way to beat  the heat.
